Cancellation & Refund Policy
Advance pre-paid bookings:
12+ hours' notice = 100% refund
12 - 6 hours' notice = 50% refund
no-show or less than 6 hours = no refund
We don't charge any admin fees.
IMPORTANT :
If you know of a long delay of over 1.5 hours, PLEASE contact us BEFORE your inbound flight departs.
Flight trackers don't always update before departure and we may have to allocate a different driver for you.
