12+ hours' notice = 100% refund

12 - 6 hours' notice = 50% refund

no-show or less than 6 hours = no refund

We don't charge any admin fees.

IMPORTANT :

In case of long delays of over 1.5 hours, PLEASE contact us BEFORE your flight departs
to make sure that we can still pick you up upon your arrival.
